I am a Dietitian Nutritionist whose work focuses on the health of older adults. My approach combines individualized care, attentive listening, and nutrition science applied to the reality of each patient and their family.
“Nutrition goes far beyond telling someone what to eat: it means considering each person’s history, feelings, habits, and stage of life.”
I work to strengthen independence in food-related decisions, prevent nutrition-related complications, and promote longevity with well-being.
Training as a biomedical scientist, an MSc in Physiology, and experience in Clinical Research broaden the way I assess each case. This path allows me to combine scientific knowledge, clinical reasoning, and sensitivity in care that considers both the patient and their family.
